Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert in SEO to lead our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that all our website builds and content strategies align with the best SEO practices, delivering outstanding results for our clients. This role includes managing a resource responsible for client reports, implementing a QA process for the development team, and training our team to enhance their SEO knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, covering both technical and content-based aspects.
- Manage the creation and delivery of client reports, validating the effectiveness of our SEO efforts.
- Oversee the QA process for websites developed by our team, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.
- Provide training and support to the development and design teams, enhancing their understanding of SEO principles.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with the development, design, and content teams to integrate SEO seamlessly into our website projects.
- Conduct regular audits of client websites to identify and rectify SEO issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation, including technical and content-based SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical skills to assess website performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Exceptional communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
