Product Operations Manager - Goa

We are a leading web development agency specializing in creating stunning and functional websites for clients across the US and Canada. Our team is composed of website builders, designers, and developers who work together to deliver high-quality websites efficiently and effectively. We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Development Project Manager to join our team and help us streamline our operations, leverage technology and AI, and maintain our high standards of quality execution.

Job Description:

As the Product Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire website development process, from initial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with our website builders, designers, developers, and content teams, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for integrating SEO best practices into our web development process to enhance our clients' online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate website development projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with website builders, designers, and developers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and leverage technology and AI to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all projects meet our quality standards and client expectations.
• Integrate SEO best practices into the website development process.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the web development industry.
• Strong understanding of website development, design, and technical integration.
• Experience with SEO and its role in enhancing website visibility.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of the latest web development technologies and trends.
• Ability to work in our Goa office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, etc.).
• Experience with AI and automation tools in web development.
