Senior Client Success Manager

Location: Panaji, Goa, India (In Office)

Reports to: Manager, Client Success

Job Description:

We value in-person interactions and believe they foster better teamwork, engagement, and collaboration. As such, this position requires full-time work from our office in Goa.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client satisfaction by guiding them through the initial onboarding process and managing their campaigns once their website is live.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
• Expand clients to packages or additional products as business needs dictate, such as Google or Facebook Ads, to maximize their online presence and drive results.
• Retain clients by building strong relationships and providing ongoing support and value.
• Maintain account history and client interactions by updating Salesforce regularly.
• Lead and mentor junior account managers to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in the digital marketing industry.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and social media marketing, with Adwords and Analytics certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
